My FAVOURITE Show!!

I'm here today at 'Happy Stampers North West' Spring Festival! In the beautiful village of 'Port Sunlight'. Hulme Hall is, as usual, crammed with buzzing crafters all excited to be here! I've dragged Mike along from 'Kraftyhands' to give me a hand and he's thoroughly enjoying playing with the till!!

Felting Frenzy!!

Here at the extremely busy 'Sincerely Yours' Show in Thetford! Busy demonstrating the 'stress releiving' properties of needle felting! Who would pop into your head while stabbing a poor piece of wool into some felting foam!? ...

Ranger Workshop At Trade Show!

Mike (KraftyHands) and I spend a really enjoyable afternoon at the Ranger workshop on Saturday.  Hosted by Tim Holtz and Dyan Reaveley.  We completed two fun projects and got to play with some cool new products that were launched at the USA Trade show last month!
Tim had us all make a double canvas hanging plaque entitled 'Artful Flight'  - Here's mine...

Dyan's project was just a tad messier!!...  'Altered Book Pages' ...

I'm afraid, while I thoroughly enjoyed making it, Mum's reaction upon returning home with it, pretty much summed it up... "What on ea.... - Why?"
I don't think 'altered art' to this extent is quite my thing, each to their own.
